** Holiday Shipping Times - to receive by December 24th:
- Order by 2 pm Dec 19th for First Class / Free Flat Rate Shipping over $100
- Order by 2 pm Dec 20th and select Priority Shipping at checkout
- Order by 2 pm Dec 22nd and select Priority Mail Express at checkout
** HOLIDAY 2017 SHIPPING POLICY - any items purchased from November 15th through December 25th can be returned for store credit by January 10th.
Don't worry, you have our full guarantee that you will like your item. If you do need to return it for some reason, our shipping and return policy is below.
Return Credit Policy - Website
You may return jewelry purchased on our website without visible signs of wear within 30 days of delivery for full credit toward a future purchase. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

If you need to return an item you purchased from us at an event or show, please mail the item to us at 2116 Franklin Pike SE, Floyd VA 24091 with a note regarding the issue, as well as your contact information. Packaging and shipping the item in a tracked envelope or box padded with bubble wrap and securely taped is the best method. The original receipt and tag must accompany the item, and show no signs of wear. We will notify you of your credit after your return is processed.
We unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom work, and any sales are final.
Repairs / Missing Earrings
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our designs, but life happens! Should you have a design become damaged, our current policy is to repair at no cost to you (excluding shipping costs of the item to our studio.) We will repair it and ship it back to you. If for some reason the design cannot be repaired, we will contact you to discuss options.
Should you lose an earring, we recommend purchasing another pair if available on our website. Many of our designs change or are retired, and this will ensure you have a 'backup' of the earring should you lose another one!
If you have lost a one of a kind earring not available online, please email an image of the remaining earring to shop [at] annevaughandesigns.com with your information and 'Missing Earring Request' in the subject line. We will respond if we are able to make a replacement pair for you and the cost. In some cases, we may require you to ship the remaining earring to us to ensure we can make a pair with the correct sizing and scale.
Because of the handcrafted nature of our designs, it can take from 3-7 days to ship your order. If you need it sooner, please note in the comments section during checkout what date you need it by and we can expedite it to meet your due date. We will contact you immediately if we cannot get it to you in time.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
We ship via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. The $5.99 Flat Rate Shipping and Free Shipping option is usually First Class, tracked and insured to your shipping destination (larger orders may ship priority.) First Class takes from 1-3 business days to arrive after shipping to the continental US, and 3-5 days for AK, HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Priority Mail is 1-3 business days anywhere in the US including AK, HI, Puerto Rico and Guam.
Priority Mail is overnight shipping anywhere in the US and is guaranteed.
We can also ship UPS and Fedex, additional fees may apply. Please contact us if you desire a different shipping method.
